Repojotos Paddling Harbor
Our paddling harbor is located in Kouvola, near Verla village, on the shore of clear lake Niskajärvi. It is very peaceful here, and you can enjoy nature without the nearby Repovesi National Park traffic jams.
The harbor is private and supervised, so you can safely leave your car in the parking lot even for several days.

Arriving here is well guided by Google Maps with the address Nauriskarkiantie 34 Kouvola or with the word “Repojotos”.
From the main road, “Sulansalmentie”, there is a road sign, “Nauriskarkiantie”, and signboards are closer.

Parking for the car
The parking lot is on the beach near the canoeing pier. The parking lot has a surveillance camera to film every arrival or departure. Movement in the area also causes an alarm upon detection.
The place is a private area at the end of the road, also permanently inhabited when the paddling harbor is open from May to September. Cars and canoes are under the same supervision.

The paddling harbor has a lively natural life. Our many-year-old friend, the crane family, comes to check the harbor and canoes from time to time and eat at the nearby beach.
Canada goose, great grebe and loon families are often our guests. In the area you can also see and hear the collared heron and see the osprey fishing.
Our regular resident is also a couple of swans, whose arrival we always look forward to in the spring.
